Her medicinal properties are instrumental in today's  world that is filled with mental and physical toxicity.

Mat details

528 is a vegan suede (microfiber) mat  with natural rubber bottom and performs best with sweaty palms and feet. The more you sweat, the grippier she will become. Alternatively, splash or spray a little water on your mat before your practice to secure your grip. A hot or sweaty yoga/ exercise class will bring the best out of her. To maintain your mat's longevity wipe her down with natural cleaners only and wash cold with mild soap when needed in the washing machine. Air dry only.
