Restorative & Wellness Events

I am committed to providing high-quality, focused bodywork for every client. To ensure fair access and respect for everyone’s time, the following cancellation and rebooking policy is in place:

Cancellation Policy

  • 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations via email.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the session fee.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the session fee.

This policy allows me to offer the open time slot to someone else who may be waiting for an appointment.

Rebooking Policy

  • You are welcome to reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no charge.

  • Rebooking within the 24-hour window will be considered a late change and will incur a $30 rebooking fee, unless due to illness or emergency.

Why this policy exists:
Last-minute changes can be difficult to fill and impact the flow of the day. This fee helps cover the time and resources set aside for your session and supports the sustainability of a small, service-based practice.

Yoga Mats

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at namaste@mysoulhouse.com with current pictures of the mat and box. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
