I had returned home from my month long Yoga teacher training in Thailand and was sharing my deeply profound experiences with my husband when I lacked the right words to describe the feeling of awakening. He was preparing breakfast as he completed my sentence by saying 'do you mean like a soul house? Does it feel like your soul awoke in its home?" And at that moment my heart knew 'Soul House' would be something I would share with souls like yourself. Creating this virtual space has been a reflection of my own healing journey till date. It has been in the making for 5 years, flowing and growing with and through me until it was time to call my ideas into this reality; to create and to manifest from a space of wholeness.

I left my corporate job in 2013 knowing I was walking into an unknown path, Yoga. It was an undeniably strong feeling that somehow this was the right decision that would impact and change the course of my life.
I am a passionate capricorn mom of 2 curious children, a wife, a Yoga teacher and ThetaHealing practioner.
