A 2-hour journey to reconnect body, mind, and spirit. Enjoy 90 minutes of Vedic Thai Bodywork to release tension and open energetic flow, plus 30 minutes of rejuvenating facial massage to restore your natural glow.

Vedic Thai Bodywork is performed fully clothed on a comfortable floor mat using gentle assisted stretches, rhythmic compression, and mindful touch to enhance circulation and ease deep-seated tension. This ancient technique brings the body into balance while calming the mind.

Enhanced with Tibetan singing bowls, essential oils, and nourishing facial oil, each session is designed to calm your nervous system and bring you home to yourself.

You may choose to begin or end your session with the facial massage.
